I truly enjoyed the room with great bathroom, the bed was comfortable. Could use central heating, flat-screen TV, and coffee/tea making equipment. The employees were genuinely helpful and kept it all clean. The location was convenient and ideal for walking around Shilla Duty Free.

All members of the staff was very friendly and genuinely helpful. The location was the best: a mall and a local market were within walking distance. Also, it was 2 miles from Jeju Stadium.

Also, the location is best possible and strategic, minutes from Shilla Duty Free. We stay in a double room quite often, it is neat and contemporary. The employees are especially helpful and very professional.

Good choice for short stay, has fantastic view of the sea. The rooms are good sized and brand-new and the staff is very amiable. It takes 10 mins by foot to the bus stop. Think that this lovely modern hotel is beyond compare, appreciated it.

A convenient hotel for sightseeing and shopping, with a great location near the airport and a pickup/dropoff location for tours. The staff were friendly, spoke good English, and provided helpful guidance on shopping. The rooms were clean, and the hotel is near a walking street with many dining options. I would recommend this hotel for a convenient stay.

The location is good for accessing Jeju airport in terms of time (about 10 mins or less) and cost (about 5000 wons by taxi). It is also located in at the town center. The room is small, bathroom design can be better (to avoid flooding the floor during showering). The service is weak (e.g. no porter assistance, no calling taxi for customers, no shuttle bus to the airport, no concierge service etc.) except a few odd staff might help you with their own initiative. Air condition was not working during my first night - was asked to open the window to regulate the temperature.

Truly enjoyed my real good stay for 4 nights. The room was good sized and contemporary with a comfortable bed and hair dryers, a bidet and bath sheets in the bathroom. The view of the sea was marvellous!

The view from our room at Gloucester Hotel was absolutely breathtaking! We were able to see the entire airport from a high level, which made for a stunning sight. The room itself was clean, modern, and had a nice bathtub for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Fresh towels were provided every day, which added to our comfortable experience. Additionally, the location was ideal as it was close to restaurants, shops, and other amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for its great views, cleanliness, and convenient location.

This hotel is a great value for your money. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute taxi ride away from the airport. Our room was quiet and clean, with comfortable pillows and blankets. The front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Plus, there are plenty of delicious nearby local restaurants to try out.

The bathroom had some mold present and the hotel was packed with groups of tourists who could be noisy. It would have been nice if the rooms were sprayed with air freshener before we arrived.

The huge and decent size room with good facilities. Comfortable location for Jeju, close enough to many eateries, the food and shops and restaurants. Also, near convenience store.

We were pleased with the clean and well-maintained rooms. The hotel is conveniently situated near a bustling area with various food options and shops, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. it was great that the hotel was close to the airport, which made our travels significantly easier.

The hotel's parking can be challenging since it is located at the back of the building, along with many other cars parked on the roadside nearby. The car park itself is small, and it may require more time and effort to find a spot to park.
